Terms of Use

These terms apply to AI Mac Cleaner (the "app") provided by Reaper Deep Technologies ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on the number of Macs stated in your plan (1, 2 or 5). The free version may be used on any number of Macs. You may not resell, share or publish licence keys, or reverse-engineer the app.

Monthly and yearly licences run for the period purchased and end unless renewed. A lifetime licence covers the current major version and all updates we release for it. We may release a future major version as a separate product; existing lifetime licences keep working with the version they were bought for.

Trial and free version

The first 7 days after installation unlock every feature at no cost. After that, scanning remains free and cleaning is limited to 500 MB in total until a licence is activated. One trial per Mac.

Refunds

If the app doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds for the Mac App Store edition are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

What the app does

The app moves files to the macOS Trash unless you explicitly enable permanent deletion in Auto Clean. You are responsible for reviewing what you choose to remove and for keeping backups of your data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data or any indirect loss arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it safe and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error-free on every configuration.

Updates and availability

We may update the app, change or remove features, and change prices for new purchases. Active licences are not affected by price changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in them limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
